"Fureai Rando Iwaizumi" has an auto campsite, cottages and trailer houses, a barbecue plaza, an artificial slope for sled riding, playground equipment, and a plaza, where families can relax and play in the great outdoors.
Visitors can enjoy the atmosphere of a train trip on the "Blue Train Nihonkai," where sleeping carriages can be used as accommodations in the same condition as when they were operated.
