The fragrant ``june mochi'' is grilled one by one over charcoal. ``June'' refers to perilla, which is made by rubbing the self-grown perilla, adding sugar and sake, and applying it generously to the mochi. This is a popular item and is only sold on Saturdays and Sundays. Other freshly harvested vegetables are also sold at reasonable prices.

Kindaichi Onsen Tourism Apple Garden

A sightseeing apple orchard located in Kindaichi Onsen Hot Spring is accepting applications for an "owner system" that allows visitors to become an owner of an entire apple tree. As an owner, you can experience artificial pollination and apple picking during the harvest season (November). Harvested apples are sent to the owner, and the amount of harvest is guaranteed. Owners are welcome from April until the harvest season.
