Daito Furusato Branch School is a nature experience learning facility located between Astro Roman Daito and Murone Kogen Farm. We have prepared a variety of experience menus themed around outdoor sports. In addition, considering the barrier-free nature and physical challenge, even people with disabilities can enjoy nature by using the boardwalk. You can stay overnight in the cottages for 8 and 10 people, and you can spend a relaxing time in the center house's large public bath while looking out at the wonderful view of the foothills of Mt. Ishi and Kenji Museum

The ``Former Tohoku Crushed Stone Factory'', which inspired Kenji Miyazawa to visit Higashiyama Town in his later years, the ``Taiyo to Kaze no Ie'' where related materials are exhibited and events are held, and the tea sweets made by local people. There is a corner called ``Himawari'' where you can take a drink.

Senmaya Ice Arena

Senmaya Ice Arena opened in 1994. Hundreds of townspeople come to enjoy skating on Saturdays and Sundays. Behind this popularity is the history of the handmade skating rink 20 years ago. It can be used as a multipurpose hall during the summer.
