    This museum was built by artist Isamu Kawamura, who is originally from the town, with his own funds and donated to the town. Inside the museum, there is a large collection of works that Mr. Kawamura has been painting for 30 years, including large works such as ``At the Market'' and ``Distribution Day,'' which were selected for the Nitten Exhibition, as well as a collection of paintings that he has stored himself. . There is also a ``Drawing Hall,'' which displays collections and painting tools, mainly drawings by Kawamura.
