Ayari Beach

Iwate Kogen Snow Park

You can enjoy the only 2km long gondola in the Morioka Shizukuishi area. The long gondola course is attractive to both beginners and intermediate skiers. The lift gondola is free for children under elementary school age all day long, making it family-friendly. A shuttle bus runs from Morioka Station.

strawberry park

In 2021, a tourist farm has opened in Rikuzentakata City where you can enjoy a strawberry picking experience. This tourist farm is operated by Seseragi, a type B business that supports continued employment. The facility is equipped to allow people in wheelchairs to pick strawberries, so anyone can enjoy strawberry picking. Please try and compare the 10 different varieties.

Mizusawa Racecourse

Mizusawa Racecourse is a racetrack that retains a somewhat retro atmosphere. You can see Mt. Hayachine to the north, Mt. Kurikoma to the west, Mt. Takuine to the south, Taneyamagahara to the east, which was loved by Kenji Miyazawa, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Iwate. It will be done. In spring, the 150 Yoshino cherry trees planted around the racecourse bloom beautifully, and when it opens to the public, it is crowded with many cherry blossom viewing visitors.

Miyako City Shigemo Fisheries Experience Exchange Center Enya Dot

A facility where you can experience manufacturing Miyako's processed seafood products and eating fishermen's food. The museum also displays and sells seasonal live fish, seaweed, and processed products.

Minamiiwate Country Club

A tough and unique golf course that inspires golfers' desire to conquer. Intense, gentle, delicate...challenging course conditions. 18 holes full of majestic undulations and natural beauty. The 18-hole course is built on a hill with a height difference of 30 meters, with views of the Kitakami Mountain Range to the east and the Ou Mountain Range to the west.

Blueberry Village Nanatsuki

A tourist farm where you can experience picking blueberries while looking out at Mt. Iwate. We offer over 1000 large blueberries. There is also a cafeteria where you can enjoy a dessert menu using blueberries, and it is a wonderful space where you can relax and enjoy nature. [Opening in 2023] July 3rd (Monday) to early September (planned)

Masaki Kaigan Kominato Beach

A cape that juts out to the north of Taro Bay, it offers a panoramic view from Myojinzaki to Todogasaki, the easternmost tip of Honshu, and is also suitable for rock fishing. It reopened as a beach in 2019.

Pet no Sato Campsite

A campsite located within the Pet Village, a shelter for dogs and cats. There is a dog run of approximately 5,000 tsubo, and you can stay with your pet. Enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the sunset, starry sky, moon, sunrise, and Mt. Iwate. There is also an authentic stone oven pizza workshop called TSUMORI, where you can enjoy authentic Roman pizza. (Open Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 17:00)

Nehama Coast Tourist Facility Auto Campsite “Nehama Seaside”

It reopened in August 2019 with the keyword "environmentally friendly." With the sea right in front of you, we also rent out tents, BBQ stoves, and cooking utensils at the spacious campsite. In addition to auto camping, there are also a variety of experience programs such as SUP, sea kayaking, and snorkeling, making it a place that everyone from adults to children can enjoy.

Taya Orchard
