Since its founding in 1891, Koiwai Farm has created a lush green environment through its consistent efforts in agriculture, forestry, and livestock production. The history of Koiwai Farm, which spans more than 130 years, is the history of Japan's livestock industry, including dairy farming, and the history of the development of its production processes and technology. We offer guided tours and experience programs to show you the wonders of nature and the production site, which is closed to the public.
These tour programs won the Grand Prize at the 10th Ecotourism Awards jointly sponsored by the Ministry of the Environment and the Japan Ecotourism Association, and the 8th Industrial Tourism and Urban Development Awards sponsored by the Japan Tourism Promotion Association. Received the Japan Tourism Agency Commissioner's Award.
