Kyukamura Iwate Amihari Onsen [Amihari Onsen]

Amihari Onsen is a famous white hot spring with a history dating back to the Wado era (708-715). The spacious bathhouse has a large bathtub filled with cloudy water. The area is popular for climbing and camping on Mt. Iwate in the summer, skiing in the winter, and you can also enjoy bamboo hunting in the early summer and mushroom hunting in the fall.
