Itsukushien [Genbikei Onsen]

Ichinoseki City

Southern Iwate

Genbikei is a tourist spot that represents Ichinoseki. It is called "Itsukushi Falls" and used to be on the route connecting Hiraizumi and Kyoto. Genbikei Onsen, which gushes out along the valley, is a sodium and chloride spring that is good for neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. The quiet inn is surrounded by lawns and bamboo forests, and has folk art-style architecture based on traditional Japanese beauty. The calm atmosphere gives you a rich sense of relaxation. One of the pleasures is the ``Utaseyu'' bath, where you can enjoy the clear murmuring of the Iwai River from the large bathtub in the large public bath.
