While continuing to inherit traditional techniques, we continue to take on new challenges, such as brewing sake using 100% sticky rice, which is not suitable for sake.

The main facilities are Shiwa Town's representative farm direct sales store and Shiwa Fruit Park Exchange Hall. ``Farm Direct Center Akasawa'' is packed with processed products such as apples, grapes, peaches, fresh vegetables, and 100% juice. The exchange center has a shop stocked with local Shiwa sake, pottery, and folk crafts.
