Local sake Tsuki no Wa

We continue to be particular about the ingredients we use, such as using suitable rice from Iwate Prefecture and naturally farmed rice. While continuing to inherit traditional techniques, we continue to take on new challenges, such as brewing sake using 100% sticky rice, which is not suitable for sake.

The main facilities are Shiwa Town's representative farm direct sales store and Shiwa Fruit Park Exchange Hall. ``Farm Direct Center Akasawa'' is packed with processed products such as apples, grapes, peaches, fresh vegetables, and 100% juice. The exchange center has a shop stocked with local Shiwa sake, pottery, and folk crafts.
