Water history park “Tokusuien”

    Tokusuien was built to honor the pioneers who dedicated their efforts to developing the Isawa Plain, including the two weirs that were built to water the Isawa Plain about 500 years ago, as well as other weirs in the Isawa Plain. Ta. The cylindrical diversion system in the park was built in 1952 to distribute water equitably between the two weirs. On days when the weather is nice, you can relax at the adjacent Water History Park.
