The summer menu ``Kiri'' includes 9 dishes that improve liver function, with the main dish being seared Iwaizumi Tankaku beef with medicinal sauce. In addition to the ``Yakuju Gozen'' menu, there are also individual items on the menu.

Treasure of the Forest Matsutake Mushroom Sake

Iwaizumi Town, Iwate Prefecture, the Kingdom of the Forest, is the city that declares itself the best in oxygen. Iwaizumi Matsutake Mushroom Sake, Mori no Takara, was researched and developed by the Iwaizumi Matsutake Business Cooperative Association in this town. A natural-flavored sake made from sake (water from Ryusendo Cave underground lake) and matsutake mushrooms grown in Iwaizumi.

Moshi coast and dinosaur fossils

Moshi Beach continues to the south of Omoto Beach. Highlights include Matsushima, known as Fossil Island, and Namikogamai, a sea shelf resembling a washboard. This area was famous for producing shellfish fossils from 100 million years ago, such as ammoites, but it became a hot topic in 1978 when the fossil of Japan's first large herbivorous dinosaur was discovered.
