Mt. Nanashigure, with an altitude of 1,063m, is located on the south wall of the Tashirodaira caldera and is one of the 20 most famous mountains in Iwate, and the base of the mountain is the home of ancient romance. The purpose is to pray for the safety of climbers on this famous mountain, and also to improve the mountain trails and promote friendship and exchange between climbers.
