    White anpan was made to honor the beauty of the remaining snow on Mt. Murone at the southern end of the Kitakami Mountains. This is a creative Japanese confectionery made using special techniques since 1894. It won the Judge-General's Award at the National Confectionery Competition Iwate Hiroshi.
