    Kawamura Sake Brewery

    Ishidoriya-cho, Hanamaki City has flourished as the village of Nanbu chief brewers since the Nanbu feudal era.     White anpan was made to honor the beauty of the remaining snow on Mt. Murone at the southern end of the Kitakami Mountains. This is a creative Japanese confectionery made using special techniques since 1894. It won the Judge-General's Award at the National Confectionery Competition Iwate Hiroshi.
