Tartary soba/dried grain noodles

    Made at a long-established noodle factory in Karumai town, using traditional natural drying methods. Tartary soba, whose noodles turn yellow when boiled, is even more delicious when eaten chilled with tsukemen. Also popular are products made with grains from Karumai Town, such as ``Amaransasu Udon'' and ``Hime Somen''.
