This is a handmade soba specialty store located along National Route 46 in Shizukuishi Town. We use buckwheat flour from Shizukuishi, and we are particular about the soba soup. The handmade soba yokan is not very sweet and has a slight soba flavor. It is popular as a souvenir item.
