Nishida Shokudo

Nishida Shokudo, famous for its handmade soba noodles, is less than a minute's walk from the Numamiyachi Elementary School bus stop. The soba we use is a blend of two types of buckwheat flour ground in a stone mill. Of course, the soba noodles are handmade. This is a special limited edition product that is prepared only once a day. Most of the vegetables and mushrooms that make up the ingredients are grown in Iwate and are full of flavor. This is a popular restaurant that is always packed at lunchtime.
