    A historic hot spring said to have been discovered in the Horeki era (mid-18th century). A quiet hot spring located in the back of Osawa Onsen, with the Toyosawa River flowing outside the window. It is said to have been a favorite of the lord of the Nanbu domain, and was the setting for Torahiko Tamiya's novel ``Ginshinju.'' Shirazaru no Yu is a unique bathtub in Japan, and it is a standing bath with a depth of 1.5 meters. The hot springs are effective against rheumatism, neuralgia, gastrointestinal diseases, skin diseases, and women's diseases.
