Mobilita Court Iwate is a contactless accommodation facility that utilizes ICT (information and communication) technology and adopts Triple Smart (smart check-in/out, smart payment, smart lock).
In addition, with the aim of sustainable hotel management, we have abolished the 1DAY/1WAY (disposable for one day only) of bringing your own amenities and are working on a no-cleaning policy [SDGs Future City Iwate Town].
We also consider the comfortable environment of our users, and use manufacturing methods and materials that do not emit environmental substances such as formaldehyde. The room has a warm and comfortable scent of wood. The exterior uses triple glass. A high-performance building with excellent heat insulation, airtightness, soundproofing, and sound insulation. It is highly sealed and provides a comfortable stay.
