Aomatsushima

Aomatsushima, located at the tip of the Hirota Peninsula, is a beautiful island designated as a place of scenic beauty and a natural monument by the prefecture. The Pacific Ocean can be seen from the quay of Hirotazaki, and its appearance changes beautifully as the seasons change and time passes. Located in front of Tsubaki Island, it is a breeding ground for black-tailed black-tailed gulls, along with Tsubaki Island.

Jagasaki

A cliff-top cape at the eastern base of the Hirota Peninsula. It is a sea cliff formed by five layers of hard sandstone and shale rock that have been eroded by the sea. There is a cave called ``Demonose Cave'' on the west side, and two blowholes on the side of the narrow water channel between Tsurushima and Kameshima.The sound of the water being blown up is loud, and it also serves as a good beacon for fishing boats in heavy fog. Kesen Carpenter and Plastering Tradition Museum

The Kesen Carpenter and Plasterer Tradition Museum was built in the citizen's forest to pass on and preserve the craftsmanship of Kesen carpenters and plasterers. Kesen cedar is used abundantly here as well, and there are three buildings with a variety of styles, such as thatched mushrooms and warehouse structures. The tea you drink in the hearth of the main building also has a special taste.
