At the beginning of the Edo period, over 300 Christians were martyred here. You can learn about the history of the spread and development of tatara iron manufacturing from the Sengoku period to the Edo period, as well as the history of Christian missionary work and Christian martyrdom, through exhibits and other exhibits. This park was created with the hope that it would become a place that will be enjoyed by many people and foster love for their hometown and humanity.
