This festival is held jointly by three shrines: Daijingu Shrine, Akiba Shrine, and Tatsumiyama Shrine, and boasts a history of over 600 years. Dashi floats and mikoshi are paraded through the city's main streets during the ``Odori'' festival on the first day and the ``Okairi'' festival on the final day. There are many attractions such as a local entertainment parade held on Chunichi, and the festival is crowded with many onlookers.
