It is held from June 20th to July 10th every year, and events such as sketching sessions and Japanese music concerts are held during the period. There will also be a performance of Ennenmai, a nationally designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property. As many as 30,000 flower irises of 300 species are in full bloom.
