The regular festivals of Otsuchi Inari Shrine and Kozuchi Shrine are held jointly. It is a festival where the portable shrine is accompanied by local performing arts such as large kagura, Shikako dance, tiger dance, and Shichifukujin, as well as hand dances from each region. The mikoshi togyo involves crossing a river, with the mikoshi of Otsuchi Inari Shrine crossing the Otsuchi River, and the mikoshi of Kozuchi Shrine crossing the Kozuchi River. The emotional scene elicits loud cheers from the audience. Additionally, during the festival at Otsuchi Inari Shrine, a tugboat festival is held with portable shrines and local performing arts aboard fishing boats. Also, during the festival at Kozuchi Shrine, the center of the town is closed to traffic and hand dances are performed all at once.
