This festival is held in early October every year to let people enjoy the mushrooms that are abundantly harvested in the town, and to introduce local performing arts and local products. There are also many events such as local performing arts, folk songs, and mochi-throwing. The mushrooms on sale, nameko soup samples, and the Mori no Mushroom Restaurant, which serves mushroom dishes, are also popular.
