Yahaba Town Tokutan Castle Spring Festival

*The details for 2024 will be announced later. This is a festival that you can enjoy while feeling the history, coinciding with the time when dozens of large cherry blossom trees bloom all at once in Tokutan Castle Ruins, a nationally designated historic site in Nishi-Tokuda. There will be events that touch on history, stage events such as traditional performing arts, and stalls selling crafts and food. A parade of Chugu Chagu Umako will also be held at the same time. Another highlight is the Heian procession (11:20-11:50), where a procession of people wearing Heian costumes parades through the venue.
