Uchimaki Cave Ice Bamboo Observation Event

Second Sunday of February every year

    One of Japan's leading limestone caves with a total length of 6,350 meters and designated as a natural monument by the prefecture. You can see the wonders of nature created quietly underground, such as Senjojiki, which is about 920 square meters, and Hokudo. Uchimaki-do is said to have one of the largest areas of ice formations (pillars of ice extending from the ground) in Japan.
