An event that has been held every year since 2000 to introduce the local performing arts that have been passed down from across the Morioka area and Iwate Prefecture. You can get up close and personal with various local performing arts that you don't usually get to see. *Reiwa 5 is a Morioka performance of the precious Omiya Kagura (Tanohata Village), which originates from Yamabushi Kagura and preserves its old form. (Iwate Prefecture designated intangible folk cultural property)
