The Sominbou Shinto ritual is held at Hachimangu Shrine, a historical military base built along with Isawa Castle by Sakanoue Tamuramaro in 801. Those in attendance raise their voices and stomp their feet to ward off evil spirits. Only those who wish to attend will be able to meet in person.
