Morioka Jajamen (Morioka City)

Morioka Jajamen is boiled piping hot noodles topped with meat miso. Add seasonings such as garlic, ginger, chili oil, and vinegar to the cucumber and green onion ingredients according to your preference and mix. It is said to have its roots in the Chinese dish ``Chow Sauce Noodles,'' which has been adapted into an Iwate style. After eating, we recommend making ``Chicken Tang Tang'' by cracking the egg into the bowl and adding the boiling water along with a small amount of meat miso.

Our newly renovated main store opened on November 24, 2020! Founded in the 40th year of Meiji. As a friendly soba restaurant for the common people, this restaurant has been running for five generations on Nakanohashi-dori (formerly Fukite-cho), which retains the atmosphere of a southern castle town.
