My Recommendations for Local Attractions and Must-See Local Tourism Information

Hachimantai national park and Mt. Iwate. I live right at the foot of the mountain, and every time I look at it, it looks different. When you actually go to the mountains, you can experience the beautiful nature of each season. Hot springs, one of the blessings of nature, are also indispensable. Unfortunately, there are many tourists who come here when the weather is not good and say, “There’s no point in going because the weather is bad.” However, the Crown Prince… When he took a walk in the rain in Hachimantai, he answered a reporter’s question by saying, “I enjoyed the emotion of the rain.” When I heard him say, “When you step into nature, you realize that nature is never the same even for a moment.” The scales fell from my eyes, and I realized, “It’s important to enjoy yourself.” Since then, I have come to enjoy the beauty of “plants soaked in the rain” and “mountains covered with fog.” Safety is our top priority, so we cannot overdo it. You need to be careful of thunder especially in the mountains, but please be sure to dress appropriately and enjoy the trip.

I personally love Iwate, so I would be happy if I could help people who visit Iwate find their favorite places and keep coming back.
