Hanaizumi-cho, Ichinoseki City, is a local specialty in Hanaizumi-cho, Ichinoseki City, where ancient rice, which is said to have the same nutrients as rice from the Jomon period, is cultivated in a rice field of about 1 hectare. At the sales corner, there are about 50 types of products, including soba noodles made with ancient rice flour, tea, and ancient rice daifuku. It also serves as a direct sales store for locally harvested agricultural and forestry products such as vegetables, fruits, and flowers.

Using the clear water that springs from the Kitakami Mountains and high-quality * cultivated by the rich nature, Nanbu Brewery, who has inherited traditional techniques, continues to brew the famous sake "Tama no Haru." Tamanoharu Senmaya Business Office (formerly Yokoya Sake Brewery) was built from the Meiji period to the Taisho period, and has been selected as one of the ``Senmaya Eight Views''.
