The town station "Yoriju" is one of the four stations in Iwate Town that work together to revitalize the town. This facility has been developed with the aim of revitalizing the bustling city center by providing a space that people can easily use and serving as a place for people to interact, collaborate with the local community, and disseminate information.

The course is surrounded by red pines that are over 100 years old, and is located on a hill overlooking the mountains of Mt. Iwate, Mt. Himekami, and Hachimantai. Most of the holes are separated by natural forests, and skillfully placed water hazards and bunkers create a beautiful landscape, making this a highly strategic course that stimulates the player's spirit of challenge.
