Yahaba Town's first local sake, Tokutanjo Bessho, is popular among women and young people for its unique sweetness of Junmai Ginjo sake. In addition, the shochu, Yukutagari, is a shochu made from glutinous rice, glutinous rice, and wheat from Yahaba Town, and has a fruity aroma that makes it easy to drink. It was named yukutagari (yukbari) because it uses three types of grains.
