Southern kakke (soba kake)

    ``Nanbu Kakke'' is a local dish that has been passed down from ancient times in the village of Kunohe in the southern part of Iwate, a soba restaurant. It is said that it originates from the scraps left when making soba noodles, and it is said to have been passed down to this day in a food culture that cherished the scraps of soba noodles.
