Iwate Oshu beef is a new brand of beef that was created in 2006 by unifying the brands of Mizusawa, Isawa, Kinugawa, and Kanegasaki beef. We fed them high-quality rice straw and hay produced in the fertile land of the Kitakami River basin, and raised them one by one with great care. Iwate Oshu Beef signboards are placed at designated sales outlets, so you can purchase with confidence.
