Mobilita Court Iwate is a contactless lodging facility that utilizes ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and employs Triple Smart (smart check-in/out, smart payment, smart lock).
In addition, aiming for sustainable hotel management, we are working on the abolition of "bring your own amenity 1DAY/1WAY (one-day disposable)" and "no cleaning" (SDGs Future City Iwate-machi).
In consideration of the comfortable environment for our guests, we use manufacturing methods and materials that do not emit environmental substances such as formaldehyde. The rooms are comfortable and warm with the scent of wood. Triple glazing is used for the exterior. High-performance building with excellent heat insulation, airtightness, soundproofing, and sound insulation. It is well sealed and comfortable to live in.
