Located on the north side of Hanamaki Airport, there are various facilities including Seiun Juku, which aims to support the creative activities of artists and raise the cultural awareness of local people through interaction, as well as the Seiun Juku, which aims to enhance the free thinking and creativity of children. We are holding a "Next Generation Seminar (Free Classroom)". Please inquire for details. It is also operated by the Hanamaki Cultural Village Council, which became the first NPO in Iwate Prefecture to be certified in 1999.
