Mt. Orizume is a folding screen-like mountain (852m above sea level) that separates the Pacific coast from the inland area. The Orizume course on the Ninohe side is about 8 km from the base of Tate Bridge on the Ninohe/Kunohe Line to the top, and takes about 3 hours. For this reason, we are blessed with a 360-degree panoramic view of the Hachinohe sea and the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean. Also, due to the large temperature difference between the coastal and inland areas, seas of clouds often occur, and you can see Mt. Iwate floating in the sea of clouds from the observation deck.
