Approximately 200 types of alpine plants grow on Mt. Hayachine, which is one of the richest in Japan in terms of variety and quantity, and is also famous for its many unique varieties. Among them, the Hayachineus snowsou is famous as the representative flower of Hayachine, and it closely resembles the edelweiss that blooms in the Alps. The colorful and pretty flowers never cease to fascinate climbers.

- Parking is prohibited near the Odagoe trailhead. Traffic restrictions are in place between Osakomachitake and Miyako City Kawaie Tsunagu on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from the second Sunday in June to the first Sunday in August. Please refrain from parking on the street within the park.
