In addition to providing services such as restrooms, breaks, disaster prevention, and road information, the facility also sells seasonal wild vegetables, fresh local vegetables, handmade dumplings, and side dishes made with local vegetables. The town's specialty "blueberry sauce" is popular.
It is also adjacent to the Ishigami-oka Museum of Art, an outdoor sculpture museum, and in early summer, about 20,000 lavender plants decorate the hill.
