"Moglan Pia", which was completely destroyed by the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, opened on April 23, 2016.
In addition to the exhibition room, the five-story facility has an observation deck overlooking Kuji Bay, farm-to-table facilities, and a disaster prevention learning exhibition room.
