Sakuramatsu Park

The old shrine building of Sakuramatsu Shrine is located under the quay adjacent to Fudo Falls. Legend has it that long ago, villagers were surprised to see cherry blossoms blooming on pine trees and worshiped them as a good omen. Within the precincts, there is a ``Marriage Tree'' where two trees are tied together, and a watermill that was relocated from the village, and you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade along the mountain stream in about 30 minutes. In addition, the rest house "Takinochaya" near the parking lot has a snack corner and a corner selling local specialties.

Chie Falls

An unexplored waterfall that can only be seen by those who are prepared to crawl over it. Only the roaring sound could be heard from far up the mountain, and the figure could not be seen until it descended the steep slope and landed on the riverbed. The abundance of water and the cool blast created by the approximately 15m drop will wipe away all your sweat. The footing is poor, so clothing and shoes suitable for hiking are required. Chie-no-taki is a 30-minute drive from Anabata Station on the JR Hanawa Line, then a 30-minute walk.

Appi Kogen Farm

The whole family can enjoy activities such as the fishing pond, maze, and making Baumkuchen using southern wheat and Appi Kogen milk. At the cafe terrace, ``Ranch Pizza'' made with the ranch's homemade cheese is popular.
