Sukikonbu is a dried product made from thinly sliced ​​konbu, which is synonymous with Fudai Village. Smooth udon noodles made with dried kelp powder, pasta and ramen (dried noodles) with a chewy texture and a hint of kelp. Confectionery artisans develop Japanese and Western sweets. Also, a yakiniku sauce containing shredded kelp developed by a butcher. A variety of products such as seasonings are created by drying high-quality salted kelp and turning it into fine powder.
