    Memorial hall for Saito Minoru (1858-1936), who was killed by a bullet during the February 26 Incident. A memorial hall built on the site of Saito Minoru's former residence. The old house has also been preserved and a glimpse of what life was like back then is open to the public. Inside the museum, medals and formal accessories showing the accomplishments of Minoru are on display. In particular, a cracked mirror that was hit by a bullet during the February 26 Incident vividly tells the story of the turbulent times.

    Kawanishi Daenenbutsu Kembu

    This is a Nenbutsu dance that has been passed down in the Kawanishi area of ​​Kinugawa, Oshu City for about 900 years. When Kiyohira, the first generation of the Oshu Fujiwara clan, who built Chuson-ji, a world heritage site, prayed to bring the souls of those who died in the battles of 1995 and 3000 to Buddhahood, a monkey (an incarnation of Buddha) appeared and prayed to him. It is said that he danced and guided the souls of the deceased to the Pure Land. Before dancing, it is customary to recite the Nembutsu in memory of the ancestors, and then, to the sound of drums and flutes, the dancers wear horse tails and torizai (horse tails) on their heads. They dance in a dignified and heroic manner, wearing chicken tail feathers and holding a fan, aya bamboo (kongou-zue), and a sword in their hands. Every year, it is dedicated at Chuson-ji Temple on May 3rd and November 3rd during the Fujiwara Festival, and on August 24th at Osegakie.     Kakuzuka Tumulus, a nationally designated historic site

    The Kakuzuka Tumulus is the northernmost keyhole-shaped tumulus on Honshu and is a nationally designated historic site. It was built 1,500 years ago and is thought to be the cemetery of the local ruling family. According to legend, the wife of the Takayama sweeper turned into a large snake and was tormenting the farmers, but Sayohime used the power of sutras to slay the snake and bury the snake's horn. It is said that this tumulus is. On the north side of the tumulus, there is a pocket park that is set up in the style of a Japanese garden and is quite interesting.
