Murone Mountain Opening is the earliest mountain opening in Iwate Prefecture, and many climbers participate. After the ribbon cutting, a variety of people, including mountain climbing enthusiasts and local nature protection youth groups, climb the mountain all at once. On the way, we will hold a safety prayer festival at Murone Shrine at the 8th station, and chant three chants to commemorate the climb in a panoramic view of the Ou Mountains and the Pacific Ocean from the 895.4m summit.
