"Doichi" is a bustling event that has become an annual event. It has become a well-established event not only in Ichinoseki but also in Ryowa, southern Iwate Prefecture, and northern Miyagi Prefecture. It is held five times every year on Saturdays (once a month) from May to October (excluding August) at Nishikicho Suitengu Street. In addition to vegetables, seafood, sweets, crafts, delicious food stalls, and a flea market, there are also fun events held every time.
