There is an exhibition section for calligraphy, ink painting, literature, crafts, flower arranging, chrysanthemums, paintings, and photography, a tea ceremony section, and a stage section for drama, Japanese music, Western music, and local performing arts. The aim is to present the results of outstanding artistic and cultural activities and provide a wide range of citizens with opportunities to appreciate art, thereby contributing to the development of a city with a rich sense of citizenship and a flavor of artistic culture.
