A town art festival that presents the results of lifelong learning. There will be exhibitions of paintings, calligraphy, flower arranging, and pottery, as well as calligraphy and drawings by children in the town, and in the stage section, the results of daily practice such as Western dance, Japanese dance, Japanese music, and chorus will be presented.
